Wendy Renshaw is the founder of Leafy Kitchen, a unique integrative approach to holistic health coaching and nutritional cooking classes. In her programs, you will gain the confidence to prepare delicious meals that will also help reach your personal health goals.  


She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Wendy is certified in Culinary Nutrition from the Natural Gourmet Institute and is a graduate of the Wellness Cooking Academy.
