My Story

Wendy’s studies and training have covered over 100 dietary theories, methods, practical lifestyle management techniques and innovative coaching techniques with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. Drawing on these skills and knowledge in holistic, culinary nutrition and her own successful holistic health journey, she works with clients to help them make the nutritional and dietary changes that produce real and lasting results.

Wendy is passionate about supporting and educating clients in how to achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle. She helps her clients reach their health goals in areas such as realizing their optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep and maximizing energy and wellness.

When asked about her own wellness journey, Wendy said: “I was born in Australia and as a baby I had chronic eczema and asthma. The doctors back then did not believe there was such a thing as a dairy allergy! We later moved to the UK, and after much trial and error my mother and I learned what foods I should avoid and how certain animals, perfumes and seasons and later stressful exam times all were triggers too. ‘Gluten free’ and ‘dairy free’ foods were unheard of in the grocery stores so we cooked and experimented a lot at home.  After graduating from college, I worked in Spain and noticed how my conditions improved greatly while eating a Mediterranean diet, so I began to cook with more olive oil, fresh vegetables and fruits.  When I came to the United States in 2000, I noticed how much sweeter everything tasted. I gradually began to gain weight and not feel well but after transitioning to a plant based diet my health dramatically improved. I live by the motto “Food changes everything!”
