Garlic Mashed Potatoes


  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk (e.g., almond, soy)

  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Boil potatoes until tender, then drain.

  • Mash potatoes and mix in minced garlic, plant-based milk, vegan butter, salt, and pepper.
